Shahir Guindi

A Montreal-based business lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, Shahir Guindi is a recognized advisor in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate finance. He served as National Co-Chair of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt and spent seven years as Managing Partner of the firm's Montreal office before taking on the national co-chairmanship. In 2017, he was awarded the Advocatus Emeritus distinction by the Quebec Bar. He sits on the boards of Investissement Québec, Concordia University and Jubilant Draxis Pharma, and previously chaired the board of the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal. He is a member of the advisory committee of Women in Governance.
