Parity Certification™ is based on a rigorous methodology that combines analysis, support, and monitoring. Each organization begins with an in-depth diagnostic that assesses its position on the gender parity spectrum by analyzing its strategies (culture and commitments) and its actions (communications, policies, and programs), as well as the results they produce. This diagnostic highlights the organization's strengths, but also the gaps that hinder progress toward parity.
