Patrick Decostre

An engineer by training with a master's degree in management and strategic leadership, Patrick Decostre became President and Chief Executive Officer of Boralex on December 1, 2020, after serving as the company's very first employee in Europe, where he spent nearly 18 years building its operations and turning it into the leading independent onshore wind power producer in France. He previously served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer starting in 2019. Known for his strategic vision and deep understanding of the energy sector, he now leads this Quebec renewable energy pioneer from Montreal.
