Chad is currently the Canadian Leader of WTW. In this role he partners with the Canadian Leadership Team to drive the national growth strategy and foster a positive employee experience for 1000+ colleagues. He continues to serve in a double-hat capacity as the National Leader of the Work & Rewards practice.
He brings more than 20 years of experience advising on sensitive and complex HR issues at the senior executive and Board levels. As a former CHRO, Chad’s expertise includes program design and implementation across the full spectrum of HR programs. He also has a depth of experience in large scale merger integration, sustainability and change management.
