Soraya Martinez Ferrada, born on August 28, 1972, in Santiago, is a Quebec politician of Chilean origin. Since February 2025, she has been the leader of Ensemble Montréal, a municipal political party, and was elected mayor of Montreal on November 2, 2025.

As a Member of Parliament for the Liberal Party of Canada representing the riding of Hochelaga in the House of Commons of Canada from October 2019 to April 2025, she served as Parliamentary Secretary to Transport Minister Omar Alghabra until July 26, 2023. From that date onward, she served as Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec in the Trudeau government until February 5, 2025.

At the municipal level, she served from 2005 to 2009 as a city councilor for the Saint-Michel district, first with Union Montréal and then with Vision Montréal.

Between her municipal and federal roles, she also worked as a community organizer and political consultant.
