Denis Dubois

An actuary by training and a graduate of Université Laval, Denis Dubois joined Desjardins in 2003. Throughout his career, he led several key business sectors of the organization, including as Senior Vice-President, Damage Insurance, and later as President and Chief Operating Officer of Desjardins Financial Security and Senior Vice-President, Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance. He became President and Chief Executive Officer of Mouvement Desjardins in September 2025, succeeding Guy Cormier. Known for his mobilizing leadership, he has led major structuring acquisitions for the benefit of the cooperative's members and clients.
