The Women in Governance Gala stands out this year with a refined culinary experience, designed to reflect the elegance and excellence of the event. The menu, developed with particular attention to flavors and presentation, showcases quality products and sophisticated pairings.
As an appetizer, guests will have the pleasure of enjoying Maciocia buffalo mozzarella, accompanied by heirloom tomatoes, crispy croutons, enhanced with citrus oil, micro-basil, and Courtepointe vinegar pearls. A delicate starter that combines freshness and authenticity.
The main course features chicken breast manchon, deliciously accompanied by sweet potato puree, mini zucchini, grilled cipollini onion, and crispy asparagus. The dish is elevated by a black garlic demi-glace, bringing depth and elegance to this characterful entrée.
To conclude the meal, a dessert with autumnal and boreal notes will delight palates: a maple apple tarte tatin, accompanied by butternut squash and sea buckthorn jelly flavored with nutmeg, garnished with a boreal spice crumble and sweet fern chantilly. A finale that combines sweetness and originality.
To enhance this experience, two wines from M. Chapoutier will accompany the meal: a Belleruche Grenache blanc from France, to complement the freshness of the appetizers and delicate flavors, as well as a Belleruche Grenache and Syrah red, balanced and generous, ideal for the main course.
This menu embodies the spirit of the Gala: a celebration of finesse, craftsmanship, and refinement, reflecting the values championed by Women in Governance.
