At Securian Canada, we believe that the strongest organizations are built on a foundation of inclusion — where diversity of thought, experience, and perspective isn’t just encouraged, but celebrated.
Women in Governance shines a powerful light on organizations that are turning commitment into action — advancing gender equity through a deep understanding of the many impacts of diversity that shape women’s path to leadership. Their work reminds us that inclusion must extend beyond policy, and be reflected in practice, leadership, and measurable impact.
This evening, we celebrate the progress made and the partnerships that have brought us here, while acknowledging that our work is far from complete. Achieving true equity requires sustained attention, transparency, and a collective will to challenge the barriers that remain. At Securian Canada, we remain steadfast in our conviction that when women rise, we all rise – and so does Canada’s future.
Nigel Branker,
CEO, Securian Canada
