Impostor syndrome affects many ambitious people: feeling never good enough, downplaying successes, paralyzing perfectionism, severe self-criticism, or fear of failing when facing new challenges. The "Governance Essentials" training, developed in partnership with the Institute for Governance of Private and Public Organizations (IGOPP), is designed for individuals who wish to deepen their knowledge of how boards of directors operate
