Gracia Kasoki Katahwa, born on June 4, 1986, in Kinshasa, Zaire, is a nurse and municipal politician in Quebec.
A member of the Projet Montréal political party, she has been mayor of the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough in Montreal, Quebec, since 2021. As such, she is the first Black woman to become mayor of a Montreal borough. Since 2024, she has been a member of the City of Montreal's executive committee, responsible for human resources and the fight against racism and systemic discrimination. She is also Mayor Valérie Plante's delegate advisor for reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.
