Julie Roy has been a producer at the National Film Board of Canada’s Animation and Youth studio since 2007 and was appointed executive producer in March 2014. She holds a master’s degree in film studies from the University of Montreal and has published numerous articles on women and animated film. She has also served as a guest programmer at several festivals.
