It is an honor to co-chair this remarkable evening at the Women in Governance Toronto Gala. As we gather to celebrate the strides made towards gender parity, I am filled with pride and optimism for the future.

Since joining forces with Women in Governance in 2019, we have taken meaningful steps toward advancing gender parity, creating pathways and opening doors for more women to rise into leadership. This partnership has been instrumental in helping us move the needle toward a more balanced workplace - one where every voice is heard and every individual has the opportunity to thrive.
Tonight, we celebrate not only our achievements but also the collective efforts of all organizations and individuals who champion equality in their workplaces.
