These organizations stand out for their structured and tangible commitment to advancing parity within their teams and decision-making bodies.

Today, the organization proudly unveils its latest cohort of companies that have earned the Parity Certification, demonstrating a tangible and unwavering commitment to gender equality.

On this International Women's Day, Women in Governance (WiG) proudly unveils the organizations that obtained its Parity Certification. As of today, WiG has certified 123 organizations and the significant milestone of one million employees working for a Parity certified organization in Canada and the United States has now been surpassed.

The 7th edition of Women in Governance's (WiG) Annual Recognition Gala was held last night at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto, to celebrate the largest cohort of prestigious organizations to date to have been awarded its Parity Certification—Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum level—recognizing their exceptional commitment to gender equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. This morning, WiG also had the honour of opening the market at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).
