Four Certification Levels

Depending on their position on the gender parity spectrum, organizations can obtain one of four certification levels. The evaluation is based on more than 75 quantitative and qualitative criteria, taking into account the multiple consequences of parity on women's professional advancement. Certified organizations are recognized for their efforts and can progress to higher levels, while those not yet qualified receive recommendations to support their future efforts.
