Two powerful voices who will help make this evening a memorable moment

We are especially pleased to welcome the Honourable Marjorie Michel, Minister of Health of Canada, as well as the talent of Cindy Royer, who will be our mistress of ceremonies, to make this evening a powerful celebration of parity and leadership.

Born in Haiti, Marjorie Michel has been the federal Member of Parliament for Papineau since 2025 and Minister of Health of Canada. The first Black woman to be appointed deputy chief of staff to a Canadian prime minister, she has long been committed to better representation of women from diverse backgrounds in decision-making circles.

The presence of the Honourable Marjorie Michel at our Gala is an honour and a powerful symbol of the importance of advancing the representation of women in positions of power and decision-making.

For more than 15 years, Cindy Royer has kept Quebec informed and conducted more than 3,500 live interviews, with the rigour, agility and humanity that have become her signature.
Today, she puts that expertise to work for leaders who want to communicate with greater clarity, authenticity and impact.

Who better to guide an evening devoted to organizations advancing parity?
With her mastery of live broadcasting, her warmth and her remarkable talent for helping others shine, Cindy will give our Gala its full voice and reach.
