We heard you! Following your feedback and survey responses, we have reimagined the experience of our 2026 Galas to make them even more enjoyable and memorable. This year, we have notably changed our audiovisual provider to offer you superior sound quality and reduced the number of speeches to give you more time to connect and fully enjoy the evening.
For more than 15 years, Women in Governance has been advancing gender parity in decision-making spaces, rallying the most committed organizations across the country. Far more than celebrations, our Recognition Galas have become must-attend events for networking, influence and visibility.
These prestigious events will bring together the most influential figures in the Canadian business community: political leaders, senior executives, partners and ambassadors for gender parity. These large-scale evenings will be marked by high-level discussions and strong celebrations of leadership in service of parity.
We will pay tribute to nearly 100 organizations that have achieved Bronze to Platinum levels of our Parity Certification™, in recognition of their excellence, commitment and the concrete actions they are taking to create lasting change in workplaces across Canada and beyond.

In Montreal, on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at the Palais des congrès. This Gala, presented by Promutuel Insurance, will be held under the honorary co-presidency of Marie-Claude Dumas, President of WSP Canada, and Frédéric Guichard, President of Danone Canada.
In Toronto, on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at the Liberty Grand. This event will be held under the honorary co-presidency of Teresa Palandra, President of Mercer Canada, and Nigel Branker, CEO of Securian Canada.
