In a context where advances in parity are increasingly fragile, Women in Governance is proud to continue offering organizations a rigorous, measurable, and transformative framework to advance the representation of women in decision-making environments. Since 2017, more than 150 organizations in Canada and the United States have benefited from our support to accelerate their transition to more equitable governance practices. At Women in Governance, we firmly believe that gender equality is neither a luxury nor a trend, but a true lever for economic performance, innovation, and sustainability. This 9th cohort takes place in a particularly symbolic year for our organization, as we celebrate 15 years of impact in favor of parity. We look forward to welcoming new companies that also wish to commit to advancing equality.
