On Thursday, September 25, we had the pleasure of hosting a sumptuous Gala at the Palais des congrès in Montreal, a moment full of emotions and exchanges, celebrating the 15th anniversary of Women in Governance. Passionate discussions, inspiring testimonials, and a shared commitment to advancing parity marked this evening.

We also had the honor of highlighting the largest cohort of Parity™ certified organizations to date. Congratulations to all these companies for their remarkable commitment to workplace equity.
A warm thank you to all of you for brightening our evening—it was a real pleasure to share this special moment in your company. Your presence and engagement made this event a true success.
Our most sincere thanks to the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Minister responsible for Economic Development Canada for the Regions of Quebec, for her participation in an inspiring fireside chat hosted alongside Caroline Codsi.
They discussed essential themes related to her journey and her new ministerial role, the place of women in global leadership, progress in equity and inclusion in Canada, as well as her valuable advice to young women aspiring to a political career.
A big thank you as well to the Honourable Jean Boulet, Minister of Labour and Minister responsible for the Mauricie region, for his mobilizing and hopeful speech, reaffirming the importance of parity and inclusion in our workplaces and decision-making bodies.
