Women in Governance: 15 years of impact for a more equitable society
Founded in 2010, Women in Governance (WIG) was born from a strong ambition: to advance gender equality in decision-making environments and contribute to fairer, more inclusive, and representative work environments.

Fifteen years later, our mission remains unchanged: to support the advancement of women to positions of power and accompany organizations on their journey toward more equitable governance. Supported by a committed community and loyal partners, WIG has built a sustainable movement that inspires, mobilizes, and transforms.
This year marks a particularly symbolic milestone for WIG: a decade and a half of commitment, growth, and concrete initiatives in service of more inclusive leadership.
